From working with Roy on the layout to working with Rena on picking out tiles, appliances, and everything, to Rob the master carpenter...the whole experience was the best I could have asked. My reno was completed within a year .... and I got a close to brand new house....

We were so blessed to have worked with Roy and his wonderful team of professionals to make our kitchen renovation run smoothly and timely from start to finish, especially during an untimely trying time in our life. Since we moved into our starter home in 1980, it became apparent it would be our forever home. We’d been planning since then to do a total renovation of our tiny 1965 kitchen, but there were so many obstacles. In the 80's, we updated it some, but it just wasn’t working anymore, and being situated in the middle of the house posed a huge design challenge affecting 4 rooms. We thought we were stuck with the original layout, but Roy gave us three options, and the third one KNOCKED OUR SOCKS OFF and gave us a kitchen we never thought could be possible.

The Bryhn team was such a pleasure to work with. Randy answered all our questions and kept things running smoothly and on time. Rena helped us pull everything together with color and design elements to match our vision for the new space, and we are so grateful for all her suggestions. The Crew, what can we say? Rob, Chris, Dane, and David—from demolition to finish product—what a great job! They took what was on paper and made it a reality with a professional eye for every detail. True artists of the trade. We now have the kitchen we’ve always envisioned but didn’t think was possible, and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! What a transformation! Thank you to you all; it was an absolute pleasure to work with such a great group of people.

With an eye to aging in place, we used Bryhn Design Build to create a primary suite, laundry room, primary bath and powder room on the first floor of our home. From the initial planning stages to the final punch list they were nothing short of amazing to work with. Our old house, built in the mid-nineteenth century and added onto over ensuing decades posed lots of unforeseen challenges. They did an absolutely stellar job by creatively solving problems while keeping the entire project on time and on budget. The results are beautiful. We could not be happier.

We were new to home revocation projects and were looking for a company that would listen to us and create a design that reflected our dream of turning a screened in porch into a bright, cozy office. From the first contact Roy and his team were amazing! Responsive, creative and transparent with every stage. We LOVE new our new space! It is everything we wanted and more.
