This place deserves all the praise it gets, truly a special place that cares deeply about their ingredients. The sourdough is deeply flavorful, with a surprising nuttiness that has made it my favorite bread to pick up. Didn’t get a picture because it vanished from my hand into my belly faster than you can say “roll”, but the cinnamon rolls are also out of this world. Make sure to check this place out on a Saturday, you will not be disappointed!!

Did the pizza baking class in the summer of 2025 and had a blast. The mill is beautiful. Ruthie, the host is very passionate and you can feel the love in the air. We will definitely be coming back for more baking classes ❤️

I was beyond excited when I read about the mill opening up. It’s a win win win with regional farmers bringing their grain right to the mill. I have bought grains, flours, cereals, and fresh baked goods. Even though I bake a lot, I cannot resist their brownies and cinnamon raisin bread. I bought some buckwheat flour this week and the resulting pancakes were far superior using their freshly ground flour than commercial flour. They puffed out better and tasted much more delicious with the fresh flour. I absolutely love going to the mill and my friends keep giving me gift cards for the store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Cooking classes are offered. It’s that bakery that you have been missing in this area!!!!!

The best! We are so thrilled the Mill opened, we buy all of our local and organic grains here and love their classes. A true local gem!

Best bread I've ever had! Also got the hot cross bun and cinnamon roll and they were absolutely fantastic! Please keep making the cinnamon raisin loaves and I'll keep coming back! ☺️
