My friend recommended me to call Tom, when I called him he was very helpful to figure out the flooding issue. He also visit my property he was very detailed with his investigation and with the NJ codes. And he not only pointed out the problem for my issue but he also looked around and pointed out other issues with my property and recommended to make the changes to avoid any future issues. Tom was great! He can often get to you same day to fix your drain issues. He is honest, efficient and a real experienced pro. He even teaches homeowners how to avoid drain problems in the future. I would recommend him to anyone!
I am always prepared to pay for services so imagine my surprise when Tom came out and refused to take my money. This is after he took the time to explain what he thought was happening with my septic system, what my next steps should be, and what preventatives I should be using to mitigate future issues. I never felt rushed or dismissed in any way, and he was very accommodating of the multitude of questions I had. His customer service is refreshing, from a quick return of my initial call and showing up the very next morning, to calling to follow-up a week later. Call Tom not because he is budget-friendly but more so because he cares about providing you with quality all around service.
