My friend recommended me to call Tom, when I called him he was very helpful to figure out the flooding issue. He also visit my property he was very detailed with his investigation and with the NJ codes. And he not only pointed out the problem for my issue but he also looked around and pointed out other issues with my property and recommended to make the changes to avoid any future issues. Overall I can say he is very friendly and he will help out as much as he can.
