I had gone to another locksmith for a home safe. It took them 2 months to tell me the model safe I wanted wasn’t available.
Bullet had that model on the display room floor, and a huge selection of safes of every size. The gentleman who helped me was amazingly knowledgeable about every safe on the floor and explained the differences between commercial vs home safes. Absolutely no pressure to buy more safe than I needed. Took the time to understand what I wanted & what I was protecting.

Places like this are a lifesaver. I have never walked in bullet although living in Long Branch for 25 years now. I needed parts for an old Corbin lock which I thought I would need them to come out and service ( if they even had parts to match). Frank explained how to remove the lock cylinder and provided me with a new one once i got the old one out and matched up. I also needed some additional door hardware for that same lockset that they had as well. Everyone goes to the big box stores for locks but this place is has an enormous selection that you will NEVER find at Home Depot or Lowes. I wish I knew how awesome this place was earlier. Support your local small businesses as this place is a true gem!
Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about this place. That's positive. First of all, the place is amazing and has every choice in the world for door hardware. They have the most beautiful selection. On top of that, they're all very nice and try to be extremely helpful. Even when you arrive very late in the day and they're hoping to close. I would go there again for anything I need regarding hardware, keys, etc.
