Brought something in to be repaired, unfortunately the item to be repaired needed to be done by the company that built the item. The gentlemen working there took the time to explain the process and even attempted to find a place that could properly fix the item. While they could not help me I would venture to say that, what I got from the jeweler was worth more then the repair would have cost me. That is, excellent customer service and knowledge.
Had 2 broken diamond rings. Jeff repaired both and cleaned them up so they looked like new. My engagement ring was broken in the band, and it looks like it was never cracked at all. I also gave him my wedding band to clean up and it looks better than the day I bought it, which was 28 years ago. I highly recommend Bryam Jewelers for all your repairs and to just clean up your jewelry.

Excellent experience! I had a guard/insert custom made for my engagement ring and it fit like it was originally made that way. Very happy with the results and customer service!!
