We have been clients of CAT for about 9 years. Our journey was so difficult to comprehend in the beginning but the staff at CAT are truly the best around. We had tried several places before this and once we landed here, we felt safe, comfortable and understood. The staff are amazing, kind and professional. You have options for in person or virtual sessions and they go above and beyond to accommodate your preference. We, as a family, would not be where we are, if it wasn’t for the fantastic team we had. My heart will always hold a special place for CAT!! I can’t recommend them enough! Even though our time has ended, we know we can always count on the valuable lessons we learned through this amazing amazing place!

Wonderful place. I would and have recommended Dr. Alex and Paula Zapata personally to people. They both have treated me with kindness and respect. Talking to Paula feels like talking with a old friend and not just a therapist.

They both helped me so much with my anxiety and panic attacks. Everyone on staff is so nice there. I can't thank them enough. 10/10

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the Center for Assesment. What a pleasure it was from the very beginning. I started seeing my psych and therapist about 2 years ago and honestly dont know what i would do without them! They are down to earth and you can really tell that they care about your mental well being. The staff is also very wonderful and kind. A+++ for everything they have done for my life. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I can not overstate how much coming to the center every week has helped me. These are very professional people who care about their patients well being. They are very accommodating with schedule changes and always try to work with you when emergencies pop up. I am definitely a happier person since I have begun working through things with my therapist . Love it here.

I walked into this office over a year ago and I have my therapist to thank for all the positives that have transpired in my life since. I'd known for awhile that I needed help to deal with traumas and unhealthy behavior patterns, but therapy is one of those things that gets left on the back burner because life gets in the way. A stroke of cosmic luck matched me with the perfect therapist who was able to untangle the mess in my head and help me lay out a plan that helped me take personal responsibility for my decisions, which has resulted in a harvest of good coming my way. My life today looks much different than it did when I walked through the doors of the center.

Because of the success I had in individual therapy, I decided to bring the whole family on board, and we also now see a family therapist and a couples therapist. I cannot stress enough as to how this has shaped us as a family in so many positive ways. Life is too short to not take every action you can to become the best partner, parent, friend, and human and unpacking your "stuff" with a qualified therapist is an absolute must to move you into this territory.

The Center for Assessment and Treatment is chock full of qualified, empathetic, understanding and accepting therapists who are hugely invested in helping you be the best person you can be. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to take charge of their life. I myself have certainly been empowered by seeing my therapists and their help has indelibly increased the quality of my life and my family's lives. Special thanks to Roseann and Todd Bennett who had the brilliant idea of opening up a non-profit mental health agency in our area-it was desperately needed.
