Unfortunately, we didn’t cover our pool last season. I brought in a water sample, and Everette told me what chemicals I needed along with detailed instructions. We shopped around for a pool for over a year. Not gonna lie, they are expensive. Champs was able to give us the best for our money. The customer service is hands down the best anywhere. I watched Everett talk with a customer about a skimmer that they did not need. Instead of pushing for the sale he told him he didn’t need it. That shows a loyalty to the customers that you cannot find. I drive 20-30 minutes to their store because it’s worth every dollar there. Stay cool and apply sunscreen all.

I was interested in buying an above ground pool and was recommended Champs Pool Supplies by a friend. I don't have much knowledge about above ground pools but I thought I wanted an oval shape since I have a big yard and thought it would give more of a similar appearance as an in-ground pool (as opposed to round). I visited the store and was lucky to have met with Everett, who was extremely knowledgeable and honest and doesn't have the same pushy attitude most sales people occupy. He patiently laid out all my options and encouraged me to go with a round pool that was more affordable than an oval. I came to find out that because oval pools need more support, there is a big price difference not only in the pool itself but also in the construction costs. I am so grateful Everett put forth so much time and attention with me and ultimately helped to choose the pool that not only fits my needs, but also my budget.

Once the pool was installed the electrician came and he had an issue with placement of certain wires because the design of this pool was different then what he's worked with in the past. Not knowing what to do, I called the store and Everett was able to walk him through what needed to be done. After the call, the electrician told me he was surprised with Everett's knowledge because most of the people who sell the actual pools have no idea about the inner workings of them.

I 100% recommend Champs Pool Supplies to anyone interested in purchasing a pool or for those in need of pool supplies. I am overjoyed and completely satisfied with my purchase and the only thing I would change would be to have bought it sooner! I also love the fact that I got to prove my husband wrong. From the get go he didn't want to disrupt our yard and wasn't enthusiastic about getting a pool, but now that it's done he feels the complete opposite. Each sunny weekend we're floating on our rafts with a cold drink in hand, he tells me how happy he is we got it and being the loving wife I am I take that chance to remind him that if it was up to him it would of never happened lol.
