I’ve been a loyal customer of Coco Chateau for all my formal dress needs—starting when they were in Woodland Park and continuing after their move to Mine Hill. A special shout-out to Donna—she’s truly amazing at what she does!! The entire staff is exceptional—professional, courteous, and always dedicated to helping you find the perfect dress.
Both of my daughters have walked out looking absolutely stunning every time, and that’s thanks to Donna’s expertise and honesty. The care Coco Chateau puts into their process, from making the appointment to staying with you throughout the entire experience, is unmatched. They won’t let you leave unless the dress is the perfect match for you, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The assortment of dresses is always top-notch, and you can count on them to have the best of the best (or they’ll order it for you!).

Coco's Chateau was the first and only stop on my wedding dress hunt. Joann is full of experience and knowledge. She is very honest and to the point, which I majorly respect. The style of dress I wanted was very particular (A Line, 3d florals or beading on the bodice, no train, delicate, illusion neckline, and pink or ivory). Joann showed me a few dresses that were close to what I wanted but not quite it. Then, she showed me a ballgown with what seemed like a 20 foot train and lifted up the top layers to show me that all of the volume could be removed during the fitting process. Between Joann and her lovely team, I walked away with my DREAM wedding dress. I still cannot believe how beautifully they altered this dress to fit me and my vision. I will be returning for any formal dresses I need in the future.

If you: don't like to follow rules, ignore cancellation policies, and require a coddled dress shopping experience this is not the shop for you. Her seamstress who has decades of experience took a size 6 dress and made it fit me (a size 12) beautifully. use that information how you will.
