The staff is beyond empathetic and understanding of individual cases. Our IVF journey so far has lasted a year with 3 cycles (we needed a savior sibling) and it's been tough but each time the team has been super responsive to any questions and concerns at any point. Although yes it takes a few weeks to get results for certain tests, I think people forget this is a very specialized field. The IVF world is lengthy and requires a lot of patience from both patients and providers. Thank you soo much for your care and attentiveness.
I’ve used Cooper twice and both times I’ve had exceptional experiences. Their representatives are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help me when I’m having problems with my clinic I have 1 successful pregnancy outcome from them and could not say better things. I believe their management changed around the time that I first started using them in 2021. But they have truly been wonderful and super responsive and honestly they really feel like they care which is much needed because I don’t always get that from the clinics I’ve used.
Update: I have 2 successful healthy pregnancy outcomes from cooper ☺️ Lisa G. and Maria O. Are absolute angels to work with!
