We were so lucky to have Anna as my daughter’s speech therapist. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She keeps sessions super engaging and brings different activities each week to keep learning fun. Anna built such a positive rapport with my daughter and always motivated her to try her best. She was also great at communicating with me about her speech goals and next steps which helped me with the carry over at home between sessions. Anna is an amazing tutor and person. She has tutored my son for five years through his elementary school and middle school years on reading comprehension, essay writing skills and test taking skills. She also works with my high school student on the same subjects. While they are both different types of students, with different needs, she is able to connect with them both on their own level, and break down and present the material in a comprehensive way they can understand. Her sessions give them the knowledge and confidence to apply the skills they learn independently, either in the classroom or homework, and they are both thriving in ELA. She is patient, kind and encouraging and I would highly recommend.
