Antonio and his team did a fantastic job with our first floor renovation in an incredible amount of time to include replacing all flooring, trim, and repainting the pantry, living/dining rooms in addition to remodeling the kitchen and half bathroom. Antonio communicated each step as it was occurring, offered very fair pricing, everyone arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and worked around our old fridge until the new appliances came which was extremely helpful. A few kitchen cabinets/parts needed to be replaced but Antonio took care of it right away making the whole process very stress free. We love coming home now and look forward to future projects!

Delmer did an amazing job with our project! They installed new custom color Hardie siding and soffits with custom fascia and gutter system to match the 1970s aesthetic of our home. Antonio was a pleasure to deal with, listened to all of our concerns and found us a solution that was designed specially to match our wishes and at a great price. The crew was respectful, not intrusive, and cleaned up every evening. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

We had four general contractors come in and give us estimates for putting a French door connecting our two rooms. Delmer offered the most competitive pricing with the highest level of experience, even offering better solutions to our project. Antonio was very patient with us and made sure he explained all the steps he would take in order to maintain the integrity of the low barring wall where the door was to be installed. Scheduling was simple and easy even working with us due to my work schedule. Antonio made it feel like we were his only customer providing the most professional customer service. Delmer is a very honest, hard working, and reasonable company who takes the time to make sure their work is done correctly. We will be using them for all our general contracting needs in the future and highly recommend them. Easy 10 out of 5 stars!

Antonio and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. They made our house look beautiful. They started work early morning and worked hard throughout the day. Antonio is not only the owner he was very involved in the whole process and made sure everything was exactly as I envisioned it would be. Antonio did an amazing job. We needed to replace our roof in Spring Lake New Jersey. We got three proposals, and Antonio was significantly less than the other two To make sure that he was a legitimate vendor, we reached out to several of his references who could not say enough great things about him. My wife and I would both strongly recommend using him to replace a roof or other home improvement projects. He was extremely responsive and couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with.
