Golden Pelvic Physical Therapy

Dr. Jessica Golden is amazing! As I progressed further into marathon training this past summer I realized how important pelvic floor PT would be for a myriad of reasons. I did not know what to expect during my pelvic floor PT journey, but from the start it was absolutely obvious that Dr. Jessica was passionate, thoughtful and extremely knowledgable. She helped remediate the issues I was dealing with during our in-person sessions, and also provided me with functional support and exercises that would help me while running. I would recommend Dr. Jessica to anyone looking for pelvic floor therapy!!

Dr. Jessica Golden is extremely gifted at her profession. She has helped me throughout my entire journey as a first time mom- from dealing with SIJ pain during pregnancy, to birth prep, to now postpartum healing she has been crucial in my journey. Dr. Golden is professional, intelligent, and truly works with you to make an individualized plan in order to reach your pelvic PT goals. As a physical therapist myself I could not ask for a better provider!

I originally went to Doctor Golden for help strengthening my pelvic muscles. She is extremely knowledgeable in multiple types of PT, when I told her about my lower back issues, she informed me how similar exercises can be used to strengthen both muscles at once. She has given me an excellent at-home regiment I can do on my own, and every time I come in for an appointment I am still learning something new.

I was at a standstill before I started seeing Dr. Golden, suffering from pelvic pain everyday because of my endometriosis. Now, I’ve been her patient for several months and really feel like her treatment and care has changed my life. It can feel isolating having pain and uncomfortable , unexplainable symptoms every day, but she validates my concerns and always lends amazing advice for further care outside her office. Not to mention, she really forms a bond and connection with patients. I feel truly cared for and cared about with every visit we have. I used to report pelvic pain almost daily, and now, I go over a week without a painful day thanks to her care. Cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Golden!

My experience with Dr Golden was utterly fantastic! Her demeanor and bed side manner was exceptional as well as her analysis, assessment and treatment plan to address my concerns. She was determined to identify the root cause of my issues and works thoughtfully and tirelessly to resolve which she did in my case.
