Kool Kidz Pediatric Therapy - Holmdel

My son was recommended for PT at 2 months old. Being so small, I was very concerned with taking him for services. Upon calling the office, not only did they take my insurance (which was hard to find in NJ), but I was greeted with a friendly and well informed staff to set me up with an appointment. We have the pleasure of working with Mr. Frank Russo. He exhibits a great understanding of how to work with small babies and how to work with them to reach their greatest potential. Mr. Russo was able to explain in a way that I too, could understand the concerns with my son and how we could improve his movements to make progress. His friendly personality makes our sessions feel welcoming and comfortable. The Holmdel office is beautiful and very clean. 10/10 would recommend Kool Kidz!

My son and our family love this facility. It's homie and family friendly. The staff are educated at what they do and are keen at detecting and determining what it is the child's needs are. They are great at creating and communicating the right plan that fits your child. I would recommend Kool Kidz to my friends and family if they are looking for a place that cares about their child(ren).

Frank worked with my daughter when she was struggling with proper head movement, and the improvement was almost unbelievable. Within a week, she was moving her head freely. After a month, she was rolling, flexible, and clearly more confident in her own little body.

What really sets Frank apart is his attitude. He is approachable, upbeat, and has a happy-go-lucky vibe that puts both kids and parents at ease. No ego, no pressure, just someone who knows what he is doing and genuinely cares.

My son has benefited so much from his sessions! From the moment you walk in everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Mr. Joe and Ms. Christine are great! So patient and helpful! I’ve seen such overall improvements in my son. After every session they share notes and provide feedback. Such a helpful and great way to keep caregivers in the loop. Can’t say enough great things about Kool Kidz. We are so happy we found them!

I absolutely love this therapy center! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they genuinely care about the kids. The staff is amazing, attentive, and patient—they really take the time to get to know each child, & listen to their needs! Both of my kids feel completely at ease here, which says a lot. They’re both very shy and have no problem going in the back with the staff without mommy! The environment is fun, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It doesn’t feel clinical or intimidating—it feels like family. I have seen such amazing growth and confidence in my children since starting therapy here. If you're looking for a place where your child will be supported, encouraged, and truly understood, this is it. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
