The care at this location is superb. I felt encouraged that the doctor took their time to examine me thoroughly for my illness. All the care provided was explained very well. All in all one of the better urgent care experiences I have had.

The hidden gem of urgent care. The Doctor and his staff were so caring and thorough. Truly genuine people. They followed up multiple times and made sure that there was no lapse in care. I was seen within minutes of arriving.

Ive had some really terrible experiences with doctors, id rather go here than any of other places in the world. The nurse & Dr Mike was so comforting, kind, & actually concerned enough to really find out what was wrong with me. He did it in the most gentle way possible especially with covid & flu testing, but also just overall gentle mannerism. I will never go back to another place again, unfortunately they dont take my insurance but I could care less id rather pay the 125$ which included all on site testing than go to a place who could care less for 50$ co pay. I highly highly recommend this place!!!!! My mother was the one who directed me & she felt the same way with her experience!!

Awesome helpful place. Walked in with my daughter who had a mild fever. The new patient paperwork was quick and easy, and the doc was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will certainly return when we have future needs.

I had an 11:30 appointment, and i got there around 11:20am. I was seen in the matter of maybe 5 min, and everyone from the receptionist, to the Doctor was very welcoming and wanted to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and the doctor waa awesome!!! She wanted to know every little detail about my injury, to make sure she was making the proper diagnosis and prescribe the proper medicine if needed. I highly recommend Health Express in Byram, NJ.
