The ladies were pleasant and polite. The headphones for listening to music were dreadful. Much distortion and fuzz and too loud. I could still hear the noise of the machine quite loudly as well. How about some noise-canceling headphones??
Appointment was for 10AM, and I forgot to bring my scripts. No worry, said the young man when I checked in. He very efficiently was able to call and get them. I was taken in for a mammogram, ultrasound and bone density. There was minimum waiting time. I was on my way home at 10:45AM! The technicians were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Image Care.
Signing in was simple, man at counter was very professional and polite. I had a mammogram and I got in at my scheduled time. Technical was professional, kind and explained everything being done. I recommend ImageCare at Sparta to everyone. It’s easy to get to, signs are clear once you arrive so you won’t get lost in the building
I needed an MRI right away and after calling many facilities near where I live in the tri-state region, I was fortunate to call Image Care. The receptionist "Keesha" was amazing, helpful and understanding , she was able to fit me in right away, where the others had very long waiting lists for schedul
ing. At the facility, the MRI techs were knowledgeable, nice and understanding. I was able to retrieve my CD of my scan right away. In addition, what used to take 90 minutes, was only 15 minutes, so my experience was an A+++ at Image Care. Thank you all!
