We sought out Janson Builders to remodel our kitchen and adjacent rooms after seeing his work on a neighbor's home...best contractor decision we've made in the 25 years we've lived here! Brian's attention to detail and his craftsmanship showed in everything he did and the final product was absolutely perfect! We are so pleased with his work...nothing was left to question and we'll definitely be seeking him out for future renovations!

I highly recommend Janson Builders. My kitchen remodel included all new flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, painting, plumbing line to refrigerator and appliance installation.The quality of work is exceptional, customer service is fantastic and I found their pricing very reasonable compared to other contractors. Their knowledge and experience helped guide me and their recommendations helped me make decisions. I was most impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness. For a gut job of a kitchen remodel, I did not feel like I was living in a disaster zone. They contained the mess by taping off connected rooms with plastic sheeting, cleaned up after themselves every day, changed my HVAC filters and vacuumed my carpeting & folded the sheets I used to cover furniture when the demo mess was done! I am so pleased with my kitchen and will definitely call Janson Builders again when it’s time to remodel the bathrooms.

In September 2020, Janson builders did a major remodel on my entire main floor that included new flooring throughout, patch and paint, new half bath, opening up a wall, and a total kitchen remodel. The attention to detail was unbelievable, Brain ensured the project was done as if it were his own property and the guys working for him did the same. It's been 8 months since completion and besides one corner of a floor tile coming loose (that he fixed) we've had zero problems. It's always nerve racking putting your trust and money into someone you don't know to transform your home without ripping you off, but I can assure you that you won't be disappointed hiring Brian to make your dreams reality. As this was my first major renovation project (complete kitchen remodel) and not having a real idea of what is involved for a project of this magnitude I went through the process of receiving several estimates. I finally selected Janson builders as my contractor. Happy to say I’m glad I did. Brian and his team did a great job in transforming my kitchen remodel to be proud of. The quality and workmanship are first class. I want to commend Brian for assisting with Ideas and recommendations to incorporate in my vision of what I wanted my project to look like. Also like to commend Brian and his crew for having the patience to ensure the project was completed as not necessarily by projected deadlines in light of delays due to manufacturer’s missing and incorrect materials delivered, permit certifications as well as added requirements not specified in the original contract. It may have taken longer than expected but I’m pleased they were willing to have it done right than quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this project and I’ll have no hesitation with using Janson Builders in the future.
