I called on a Friday, and they fit us in as their last appointment so we wouldn’t be without a fridge for the weekend. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was professional, informative, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend calling Elite for your appliance repair needs!
I had elite come out to replace the gasket in my LG front loader washer & the seal around my fridge/freezer bc of mold. The refrigerator is good now, but the washer started making a loud knocking noise like it was going to explode. I called to explain the issue & they came back out. Said there was a loose bolt & tightened it. Said if it continues, the drum is bad. The gasket is not on there smoothly & when you try to close the door, it is hitting the drum & moving out of place. The washer was fine with no noise & no movement of the drum before the gasket was changed. I spent over $500 & am in a worse situation with the washer.
Edit: changed rating bc Justin called me after my review. He came out & fixed the banging noise.
Had another company take a look at refrigerator. The other company took three efforts to get the correct part and was lacking in communication.
Elite came out once for a diagnosis, communicated the whole time, and was back a few days later with a repair.
That’s pretty great! I’ll call them again.
John, the service repairman was informative, on time and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem with my front load GE washer quickly, ordered the part, and installed it within the same week. I would highly recommend Elite for any of your appliance service/repair needs.
