Last year was a rough year. Stress was beginning to make me physically ill and I needed help. Thankfully I found Nicole at Jersey City Acupuncture. I went for an initial consult and immediately felt like I had made the right choice. Nicole has such a soothing way about her. I absolutely look forward to my community acupuncture sessions. Don’t let the “community” part scare you. It’s a low lit room with the most comfortable recliners and everyone is relaxing and so peaceful. Nicole always checks in and asks how you are and what is bothering you on that particular day. This way she can pinpoint (no pun Intended) your specific needs. I felt immediate relief and do after each and every session. It’s literally the most relaxing part of my day. Lowered my stress, helped with hot flashes, digestion and over well being. Most of all, I was impressed with my foot. I was close to having surgery after dealing with severe nerve pain on the ball of my foot. Acupuncture has helped with that. Zero foot pain. I truly look forward to my sessions and feel so light when I leave. Nicole has such a warm and comforting presence. I’m so glad I found her. Her staff are super friendly too. Booking appointments on her website is so easy. Highly recommended!!
