My 7 year old attended an awesome kids yoga workshop and had the best time. Highly recommend this studio for all things yoga!
The studio, classes and workshops are all wonderful. Jen is kind and compassionate and her teaching method is inclusive and not intimidating for beginners. The yoga and tarot workshop was a fun and enlighteninh experience and the yoga at Mad Lavender Farm in Milford is a delightful experience for the senses.
Such a relaxing studio! If you want to center yourself- I highly recommend taking a class at Wildflower! Jenn is the best! She hosts fun workshops too that I always invite friends to! We always leave refresh excited for the next class! :)
