We have had the most supportive and beautiful homecare. Kim Reynolds had been wondeful putting together a team. The intake Nurse that came out took a lot of time to answer questions. Mary-Elizabeth is a true gem of a person. She personifies what it means to be a nurse. I heard from the Chaplin and social worker right away. And all the supplies my sister has needed have arrived promptly. I cannot say enough good things. In gratitude Tom Cleary
My mother was in the care of KAQ during end of life with ALS. The staff at KAQ treated her with dignity and respect and like a human, not a patient. The nurses are extremely dedicated to their patients and the families. Many of the nurses sat with me for hours while I visited to keep me company during a difficult time. This was our third facility as we had one bad experience after another. I know my mother passed peacefully while under their care. I cant thank them enough.
Michelle was such an amazing nurse, she really cared about my great grandfather for the few short days he was on hospice & not only did she show compassion and empathy towards him; she showed it to the family. I don’t know what we would have done without her for those few short days but her care and professionalism will be remembered forever. Thank you for helping us follow through with honoring his wishes to pass peacefully and comfortably at home. So extremely grateful. Thank you Michelle and those at KAQ
We used KAQ hospice for my dad. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful and caring every single staff member I interacted with was. The nurses aide, Barbara, was my dad's favorite! His nurse, Sue, kept me informed and always made sure I was in the loop regarding his condition, medications and overall well-being. She always addressed my concerns and had helpful suggestions. The Chaplin, Mario, is a wonderful and caring man. Then there were the social workers, the supervisors and wonderful people who answered the phones and always made sure your message reached the right person. Even after my father passed in Feb. 2018, the staff continued to reach out to make sure we had everything we needed. I am so glad that they were there for us during my father's last days. It made a stressful situation a little better. Thank you!
