Kings Village

I've been here for maybe four of five years now and I just wanted to take the time and say that I've had a pleasant experience all around since moving from NY. The staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance team are wonderful and easy to deal with. They've been slowly upgrading things for us residents since I moved in, such as the addition of a small dog run and heating the pool. Never had issues with anything not working properly. Overall just a nice place to live.

I’ve lived here for 4.5 years and have had a great experience. The apartments are affordable and in a very convenient location. The staff are always kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever maintenance is needed. It’s been a wonderful place to call home.

I’ve been living here close to two years now, and absolutely love my apartment and the complex. The Neighborhood is very quiet and very pet friendly. We have a beautiful salt pool, playground, gym and recently added a dog park as well.
The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance men are absolutely great.
I recently talked to a coworker into moving into our neighborhood because it’s such a great place to be.

This is our first time renting an apartment and we were extremely lucky because we have great neighbors. Almost everyone is so kind and respectful. Marzena is great and made our move in so easy. The apartment looks brand new and even has a washer and dryer.

I’ve been living here with my husband for almost 2 years now and it has been a blessing. We love the layout of our 1 bedroom apartment, it is so spacious and a reasonable price compared to everything else out there. We always joke that we never know if we have neighbors because everyone is so quiet, it’s so peaceful. Marzena is so helpful and always has amazing recommendations for what to do around the area!! Just renewed our lease, and we will stay here until we are ready to move to our forever home !
