Lakewood Pediatric Associates

Receptionist was checking us in and taking our information. Phone Rang and instead of answering it and placing it on hold to finish with us. She continued the conversation with the people on the phone and made an appointment while we stood there for quit sometime. 3 other family members walked in right behind us to check in as well.
I felt that was rude and unprofessional.
Answer the call and place the person on hold or take a message and call them back. You never leave the person who you started checking in standing there listening to the persons personal info on the phone

Dr Moses is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I have ever met. I have been using Lakewood pediatrics for 12 years now. The entire staff is great and they work great as a team. But I am thrilled they brought dr Moses on board. He’s fantastic.

My kids have been going to this office since they were born. My oldest is now 17 and youngest is an infant. I love the staff here. Most of them have been there since my older child was an infant. They are the reason my children continue to remain patients there even though we had moved away. The pediatricians are amazing and easy to reach in time of need. Dr. Jain and
Dr. Moses are very caring and take their time to listen to the needs or concerns of their patients. My children love to see them. If you are looking for a amazing pediatric office for your child this is the place to be. I hope you have as great of an experience as we have had over the last 17 years. We’ve been patients for the past 2 1/2 years. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. The nurses are absolutely amazing. And Dr. Moses is by far the best Doctor. They are thorough, compassionate and always reassuring if I ever have any mom doubts. The office is never packed... they get us in for sick visits immediately and we’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting area. They also have a sick side and a well side.

I love all the doctors. Very beautiful people. The receptionists are however uninviting and always in foul moods. They are rude and burnt out. They are totally inappropriate with their comments about medication via telephone. Then they use psychological intimidation to bully you from communicating with the doctors. They have nasty old lady gossipy and judgements tones when they speak to you. I’ve bit my tongue for years about how unprofessional the reception office is. I have to kiss their asses for my kids sake.

God bless the doctors there. But your front office represents you. I’m so over those two nasty people. Get rid of them ! And this is the Lanoka harbor office in speaking about.

AND I’ve been taking my children here for 20 years.
