It was just my first day for PT. The therapist & girls at the reception desk were very pleasant. Toni Ann explained my exercises very clearly. Looking forward to feeling better.
I have never had to have physical therapy before. I did not know what to expect after my knee surgery and was a bit apprehensive to begin my 8 week session. All the therapists at NovaCare work together to make your experience a good one. They ask questions to make sure you’re feeling ok through the session and sure you’re set up for success to complete each movement or exercise. Everyone - including the women at the Front Desk - is polite and friendly. Highly recommend NovaCare in Forked River if you’re in need of physical therapy.
I am not one to comment on any services, but it is important this time. This rehab facility is by far one of the best places I have ever been to. I have been through physical therapy on and off since 2007 in both Bergen and Ocean Counties and Novacare is the best of them. My therapist took my range of motion seriously and gave me confidence in his knowledge and experience with my specific injury. The care plan was sent to my email with videos and instructions which took the guessing out of what to expect. I look forward to physical therapy now more than ever. I highly recommend this facility in Forked River over any other place down here in Ocean County.
My experience at NovaCare had been the best!!! Starting with Laurie; she made sure that I was approved and from that point on, it has been excellent care. Michael, my physical therapist, is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to me and really cares about me progressing. And when Michael is out, ToniAnn and Sarah are just as wonderful. I would highly recommend NovaCare
Mike and his team have been amazing to work with before and after I had surgery. They educated me about their goals for my recovery and showed me what I could do at home to continue home care. All of the therapists are knowledgeable, kind, caring and non-judgmental. I work most often with Mike who consistently checks on my progress and advanced my strength in a relatively short period of time. The actual facility is relaxing, fun, extremely clean, and well-organized. The front desk is welcoming and friendly. Appointments are easily made around my schedule. I highly recommend Mike and his staff for any physical recovery needs.
