Great place for brunch with the gang. The atmosphere is welcoming, the servers are always nice, and the food is delicious. I couldn't ask for a better spot to get food before moving from NJ. I made good memories in this place.

Old school spot with a ton of authentic charm. The big red and yellow wall menu gives off classic diner vibes and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We grabbed food to go and it came out fast and very reasonably priced. I went for the Texas dogs loaded and they were absolutely delicious. In hindsight I really only needed 1 instead of 2. These things are filling 😂 Manny’s isn’t your typical NJ hot dog joint either —it is more like a diner with plenty of options beyond the dogs. I saw a few philly cheese steaks making their way to a table and they looked delicious. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Manny's Texas Wieners is much more than a wiener joint, it's a whole diner! The extensive menu covers all of the usual diner suspects, and then some, but of course, you have to try the Texas wieners.

They're juicy and they snap, and I suggest you try them as Texas gods intended: with mustard, chilly and onions. Pure bliss in wiener form, absolutely artery clogging delicious. Add cheese if you really hate being healthy 😉 or you're on this planet for quality not quantity. My only disappointment was the bun, which was too weak to carry all that heft. I suspect that toasting the buns would give them a bit more structural integrity.

Definitely visit if you're in the area, or if you love wieners.

What an awesome place. The staff is really nice, you feel like you've known them your whole life. The food is excellent and specifically the panini in the picture was one of the best paninis I've had in my life. I've tried their burgers multiple times and they are excellent and their, "texas hot dog" is awesome.
I also want to add that they make the best egg cream I've ever had. (Better than my favorite ice cream place.)

Located on a triangle where Springfield Avenue and Valley Street intersect in the Vauxhall neighborhood of Union Township (Union County), Manny's Texas Wieners is one superlative eatery. It's not just a hot dog joint, it's a three meal place to go, serving breakfast, lunch, and early dinner as well.
The menu is quite extensive, and has many choices for your meal, regardless of what time it is.
I came in for lunch just as the early lunch crowd was arriving, and they were at near capacity during my stay. This however in no way affected the speed of my service, as my order came rather quickly.
I had the Texas Wiener Combo #1, which was quite good and very substantial. I even had to take some home. The hot dog had a nice snap to it, and the chili was not overpowering. Prices are quite comparable to others as well.
The service was very good, as well as attentive to detail, which in the food service industry is paramount. I must give my highest compliments to the two servers, a blonde and a brunette, (I'm sorry, I did not get their names) who displayed the highest degree of teamwork, working not only for their individual sections, but also taking note of the other's section and helping out if the other got bogged down by the heavy volume of customers. They were both pleasant, accommodating, informative, cheerful and eager to work. Bravo to them.
I have nothing but the highest compliments for Manny's and hope to return when I am in the area.
