I can’t believe how easy the return policy is here. At Metromix Yes it’s exchange only but let me tell you something. This store has an exceptional wonderful store policy because even though the shoe was dirty, they found a way to clean it and exchange it and I was very happy because people think sometimes because the store policies exchange or store credit that they will not help you out, but the people here are so nice. They help me out. I had a pair of shoes and even though I didn’t wear it, something had spilled on it. They were able to clean it and give me a different size. I’m very happy. I will definitely be back. Thank you Metromix for having exceptional wonderful return / exchange policy

I stop by this sneaker store every time I’m in the area dog sitting, and it’s become a tradition for me to pick something up each visit. The selection is always great, but what really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being pushy about making a sale. They create such a comfortable shopping experience that I always end up leaving with something I love. This store has easily become one of my favorites—highly recommend!!
