Front area person was very rude...my appt was not entered...she berated person in front of clients. I would have come back but had already been in severe pain for a,week. It was like an inconvenience for her. But Debbie the nurse is always very helpful and caring. Any office that Hackensack Meridan has taken over has gone way down in patient care.
Always a smooth & painless appointment..friendly staff & the Doctor is as well. Personable and listens to every complaint or explanation of your current and/or chronic issues. I’ve seen more than my share of Ortho Dr’s over the years, Dr. Cunningham ranks among the top in my opinion.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Michael Cunningham for many years and we have had nothing but a great experience. He has replaced both my wife's knees and scoped both of my knees and the results were great.
Everyone was friendly. I really liked Dr. Cunningham. He listened to everything I said and asked questions about my issue. The only thing I didn't like was I was not taken at my scheduled time. I waited a good 30 minutes.
