Mile High Physical Therapy

My family has been going to Mile High Physical Therapy for many years for many reasons, from surgeries, to injuries, to general pains and strains. I am now going to M.H. at the Towaco location and I always know I am in the best hands. You always receive personalized one on one attention . Matt is extremely caring, knowledgeable and patient. Mile High is above and beyond the rest. I feel like family whenever I walk in the door, and so will you !

Had a great experience at Mile High Physical Therapy in Towaco. Matt is really perceptive and quickly figured out what was going on with my injury and put together a solid treatment plan. This place isn't like PT mills where they rush you through cookie-cutter exercises. You actually get focused, personal attention that's all about getting you better. Matt also gave me specific exercises to help prevent the injury from coming back which I really appreciated. The quality of care here made a real difference in my recovery. Definitely recommend if you want actual physical therapy, not just going through the motions.

I’ve been to many other PT providers but since I found Mile High five years ago, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Eric, Matt & Rachel are great and saved me from surgery more than once!!

I was so excited when I heard that they opened a second location in Towaco (closer to home) and was thrilled to learn that Matt was the main therapist. Matt is always attentive, patient, and super knowledgeable about my various issues. I love the new location which is as well equipped as Pine Brook and super clean. Highly recommend the new Towaco location!!

I recently had meniscus root repair surgery and although I had an accomplished surgeon who performed the procedure, I knew that disciplined therapy was significant to my recovery. I found a location close to home called Mile High Physical Therapy in Towaco N.J. I spoke with Tina who was polite and professional and arranged my first session/ consultation. I couldn’t put any weight on my leg for six weeks which is tough. I rented a wheelchair and met Mat, who was not a fan of the wheelchair but he did understand my situation. Mat is young and enthusiastic, with a happy disposition. We sat for a few minutes and he explained our plans and expectations. I can’t explain it but I’ve always a negative opinion on therapy but after the last six weeks with Mat, I now realize how wrong I was. Mat is skilled and highly trained, gentle and seems to know exactly what to do and how far to push. I will not provide details but Mat is an amazing therapist and for anyone thinking of therapy, do not hesitate and visit Mile High in Towaco. Michele at the front desk keeps the place spotless and also adds some humor too. Mile High is a first class operation and I highly recommend them. When I leave my session, which is not long, I seem to feel better not only physically but also mentally with a more positive state of mind.

MHPT Towaco is beautiful! The space is clean, spacious and there is a ramp outside. The care is all the same. Eric and his team are the best. 1-1 care no aids, super attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Both locations are great! All the therapist are wonderful and accommodating.
