The Best PT Instructor that I ever had. Messages and strengthens my legs to perfection. Abby is the Best with all the exercises, that I was able to do, with her guidance.
My therapist, Abby Valones, accomplished more in our sessions than she, the Orthopedist or I expected. Her hard work and my “homework” strengthened and stretched damaged muscles and tendons. Without her professional knowledge and positive encouragement, I could not have achieved as much as I have.

Dr. Abby was very professional. My husband normally doesn’t take to physical therapy. But he had no problem following directions from Abby. She is the best physical therapist in my opinion that my husband has had through the years. I would recommend her to anyone.
