The rep was great at first, but did not answer any calls or texts after we paid him. Zero contact afterwards. Unacceptable!
The service and professionalism of Sound Hearing Solutions are excellent. Ali is pleasant and wonderful in every way. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ali makes getting hearing aides easy and non problematic to purchase. He goes out of his way to try and help you when you need something. My family trusts Ali very much.
