Dr. Shobana Natarajan is an excellent doctor. Her diagnosis is accurate; she is kind, caring and makes her patients feel comfortable. The lady who sits at the front desk, however, is highly temperamental and is rude to patients.The virtual assistants on the other hand, are quite cordial and helpful.
Doctor is really good. She does thorough examination but as others have also mentioned in the comment , I faced challenge with Front Desk on multiple occasion. Most of the time person pick the phone says I am virtual assistance and don't have much information. During my first appointment Google map took me different building and I kept on calling front desk to help me navigating to the right office and Virtual assistant told me since i am not in the office i have no idea. Virtual assistant is great concept during off business hours but i would really appreciate during business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM if people from office entertain the calls.

Beautiful office with great staff who were very attentive! Dr. Natarajan is by far the best of the best!!! Her bedside manner was excellent, and she took her time and didn't rush my visit. She made me feel comfortable as she addressed all my issues with kindness and care. Thank you doctor and staff for a great new patient experience!
