Lovely facility- I was greeted by multiple staff members each of whom were warm, inviting and kind. But most of all, my 6 year old grand daughter, who is the patient is happy and well cared for! Thank you for making her stay the best possible time that it can be♥️

The rehabilitation team was excellent they pushed me just enough to help me regain strength, while also making sure I felt safe and supported throughout the process.
The facility itself was clean and organized, and I could see that the team worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Communication with the nurses and therapists was clear, and they always took the time to answer my questions.
What stood out most to me was how much they cared not just about my physical recovery, but also about my overall well-being. They encouraged me when I was frustrated, and they celebrated with me when I made progress. I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. My mother is 85 years old and has physical and cognitive decline. The staff has been very attentive and understanding. Having my mom in a home is very difficult but I feel better knowing she is being taken care of.

The facility is absolutely beautiful, bright lights…, Very inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Staff members are very friendly. Fameworks on the halls and other decor throughout the first floor are very attractive. The facility looks well organized and well maintained. My granddaughter, Serenity will soon be placed in this Facility. My daughter and Serenity’s father, along with me and one of my granddaughter agree on having Serenity placed at Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatric
