Mark was great. RGS was able to fit me in before a forecasted storm to make sure my portable Westinghouse generator was ready if needed. Visit & diagnostic charge is clearly stated on their website and repair charge was fair. He arrived on time and worked efficiently in sub-freezing temps. Thanks for great service!

Highly recommended. Marc arrived on time and explained everything he was doing regarding the tuneup . Looked at my transfer switches which I have inside my house in the basement. He was extremely impressed with the job my electrician did. Cleaned up after he did his work and was like he was never here.
