Rising Fist Martial Arts

We absolutely love our dojo. Both my son and i joined about a year ago and could not ask for a more dedicated group of teachers. We have really found a place that feels like home. Everyone is so knowledgeable but approachable and so ready to share their knowledge and skills with anyone that walks thru their doors. We had tried another dojo for my son before but we're completely disappointed when we were told after one class that my son just wasn't ready because all he did was round around. He was only 4! We waited until he was almost 6 to join our current dojo but I know, after watching the Senseis at Rising Fist teach other 4 year olds, that if we would've brought our son to them when he was 4, they truly would've given him the time to teach him the proper way. The problem wasn't his age, it was the teachers at that dojo.

There are many schools but not many teachers that teach for the love of the art. Here at rising fist you have it from the traditional to the self defense of every day. I can not say enough and would recommend from young to old.

Sensei Andrew West is possibly the coolest and most knowledgeable Sensei I've ever had. You go to learn karate of course but an added bonus is you leave with a new family.

My son has been attending for almost a year now. He looks forward to karate class. Great instructors!
