Excellent care. Dr. Nugget saw me on an emergency basis because all of a sudden I had excruciating pain in my back. I called the office & was able to see him within less than an hour. When I got to the office the pain had gotten better somewhat. He examined me & thought I would be a candidate for a cortisone injection. He told me that he did not do them but his associate did. He then went & spoke to Dr. Harrington (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) was able to get the injection the following morning & was suggested to get an MRI, which I did. Needless to say I am pain free & thank Dr. Nugent &/Dr. Harrington

Dr. Nugent is one of the finest young orthopedic surgeons around. He successfully replaced both of my hips in the past 5 months. Highly recommended.

Dr Nugent did an outstanding job operating on my sister’s broken leg in August 2025. From the first time we met him prior to the surgery , he was extremely kind, thorough in explanations of what to expect post surgery, and assisting with getting needed therapy after her discharge from the hospital. He continued to explain the healing process in the follow up visits and made sure she was comfortable with all discharge instructions. My right hip turned out so well that my wife, Darlene, had her left hip replaced and only six weeks later she was scheduled to have the right side done. I loved him he did two surgeries one emergency and the other after my swelling went down put plates and screws in my ankle. Was very knowledgeable and his bedside manner was remarkable. He was thorough and answered all my questions. I had to stop seeing him because he didn’t take my insurance and was only given so much time post op. I wish I could afford the out of pocket because finding another doctor like him is impossible.
