Dr. Saini was excellent with my daughter's chronic shoulder injury. He was not only able to get her back on the court but did so a month earlier than expected. I am a physical therapist myself and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Saini immediately gave me a feeling of confidence in his abilities to perform a total reverse shoulder replacement. I went into the procedure fully expecting a difficult recovery, but having the knowledge that the end result would be totally worth it. In my personal experience I had about a day and half of post op discomfort. By the third day I didn’t even need to take Tylenol. I’m continuing with my therapy that he prescribed and am achieving more and more range of motion. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a Dr for any orthopedic procedure.

Dr. Saini is amazing, he did my ACL revision/reconstruction, as well as my meniscus repair and bone grafts… it was a complex procedure and he knocked it out of the park. I’m back to 100%. If you need a great ortho doctor - he is your guy!

Dr. Saini is by far the best doctor we have ever met. Not only is he an exceptional orthopedic surgeon with outstanding bedside manner, but he’s also a genuinely kind and compassionate person. When our 14-year-old son broke his collarbone playing football, we were understandably very concerned about the next steps. From the very beginning, Dr. Saini treated us as if we were his own family. He explained everything clearly and calmly, giving us confidence and peace of mind. It felt like he was walking us through what he would do if it were his own child.

The surgery went smoothly, and the care didn’t stop there. Dr. Saini personally called us at home afterward to check in on our son and ensure we had everything we needed. He gave us clear post-op instructions and offered advice on managing pain and keeping our son comfortable. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated.

We also want to highlight his incredible assistant, Isabel. She is simply amazing at what she does and clearly loves her work. She made sure we had all the necessary school excuse notes, handled prescription coordination, and helped us get appointments quickly when needed. Isabel followed up with phone calls just to check in on our son’s recovery, which meant a lot to us. My wife, who works in the medical field herself, immediately noticed and appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the entire office — especially Isabel.

Now, over a year and a half since the surgery, our son has completely healed. He has full range of motion and you would never know he had ever broken his collarbone. The scar is minimal, and the results of the surgery are outstanding. Dr. Saini did an incredible job, and we are so grateful.
