Bought tires from here around 2017. Never had a problem in the past. But recently I called to make an appointment to have a low tire looked at and was told by the call center it transferred me to that there were no appointments indefinitely. When I asked for clarification, he transferred me to the actual Sam's Club in Freehold. The phone proceeded to ring and ring until the call cut out. This is the second time I have had trouble making an appointment with this tire center. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I want to leave less than a star. Customer service is atrocious. No one picks up the phone. And they are just as bad in store. My only experience I saw two customers leaving dissatisfied, one of which who said she was having similar issues regarding their customer service. Associate was not knowledgeable and couldn't provide any practical help. I never plan on doing business here again and don't recommend this stores tire center to anyone. I'm surprised there aren't many other reviews.
