First time in today. Had just purchased from Carvana and wanted an oil change and have everything inspected. They Explained everything, did a great inspection on the car and wrote up what I needed to send to the warranty provider.

Honesty and good work go a long way.

Their communication was outstanding — they explained all pricing upfront, detailed everything that needed to be done, and even sent a full email with photos and descriptions of the necessary repairs. Corey was so kind and kept me updated every step of the way.

Vinny, the mechanic, is incredibly knowledgeable and his workmanship is truly top tier. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work.

I highly recommend Scotty’s Auto to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and trustworthy service. We’ll always take our Ford 250 6.0 there from now on!

Helpful and trustworthy mechanic!

Had engine troubles develop during a road trip, and was overdue for an oil change. A chain oil service refused me and recommended towing to a full service. Several local shops did not have availability for days, but when I called Scotty's I spoke with Tory who promised to get me in within an hour and even address minor issues for no more than the diagnostic charges. Ultimately, there was a leak in my oil system and despite significant abuse on my poor engine from not being as diligent as I should with maintenance, the oil system was fixed, fresh oil in the system, filters replaced, and good to go again in about 24 hours. All staff I dealt with were very friendly throughout the process. Would definitely use again.

Several weeks ago I was traveling from GA and experienced a deathwobble on the interstate near Matamoras, PA. I googled and found Scotty's had many excellent reviews, so that's where I headed. The reviews are legit!! I was traveling solo, an older female, far from home and in a situation that could've ended up with me paying for unnecessary repairs had I gone to the wrong place. My truck needed extensive front end repairs. I was given an itemized estimate up front. The technician showed me what needed to be done and took pictures to send to my husband. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional. My truck went in on a Thursday and was ready late the next week. I was regularly updated. When I picked up the truck, the bill was exactly what I was quoted. The people at Scotty's went above and beyond to help. I got the impression from observation that this was their norm. I wish more businesses operated on the principle of integrity the way I experienced at Scotty's. I made it back to Georgia with no problems at all!! Truck drives and rides better than ever!! Thank you guys for being there in my hour of need!!!
