This was my second time using Kilowatt Electric. If you scroll down, you’ll see my original post from several months ago. The only difference this time is that Kilowatt was the sole company I asked for an estimate from, and once again they delivered. They came, they conquered, very professional, on time. It doesn’t matter that they had to cut out some drywall to install new outlets; they left no trace that they were ever there always leaving the worksite cleaner than when they arrived. Truly a 10-star company. They’re a home run when everyone else is striking out. I could not be more pleased with their work. #Go BILLS

Posted this portion a few months… I wasn’t sure where to begin sharing my experience with this company as It started as a five-star experience and ended up a ten-star experience. I randomly picked this company because they service the Monticello area. If you live in Sullivan County, you know how hard it is to find a Contractor for anything.
Kilowatts weren’t the cheapest option, nor the most expensive, but the quality of their work was outstanding and I would’ve paid top dollar for what i received. Everyone I interacted with was highly professional, kind, and understanding. I will absolutely use them again and again as they gained a lifetime customer! #Go BILLS

Jourdan was very polite and efficient in servicing our Generac generator which hadn’t been serviced in 7 years He changed the battery and left it working and looking like new! It is a family business that is very well run and care is taken to every detail. I would highly recommend this business to service your generator.

We had our hot tub installed and it went flawlessly! Everyone involved was extremely helpful, kind and did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend!

Jourdan is great! He is incredibly professional, both knowledgeable and polite. Communication is timely and accurate. The work was done on schedule. Their pricing is transparent and clear up front.

Quick follow up, we had them do a second job at our new home and had the same type of experience. We had a free site visit with a great discussion on the job we we wanted done. The statement of work and billing was incredibly clear and detailed. There was a slight scheduling mishap, but the office got us re-scheduled quite quickly. The staff are very professional. The work was high quality and they stuck exactly to their quote. We'll use them for any future electric needs.

It’s great to deal with very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional people. Jordan came to our house and fixed what he could at the time. I appreciated the time he took to explain to me exactly what was going on. We made an appointment for him to return when the required parts come in next week. I’m happy to rate him 5 stars.
