Empty store, one worker on phone. No greeting, just talked for 15 minutes while I stood at the counter. I thought he was the only person who could help me. He offered nothing. Two minutes before his conversation ended, a man emerged from the store room, apologized for not knowing I was there and he got me the can of paint I needed. The other man, free from his phone call, waited until I was getting ready to leave before issuing an apology for his long call.
This store is located in an outdoor strip mall with a small parking area tha.t is always full. Hard to maneuver into, out of, and almost impossible to find a parking space. When I realized I needed something else from the paint store, I found a different store, easier to get to with a better parking area.
Customer service is above and beyond. Truly made the paint portion of my job so much easier. Thank you!

I was really frustrated trying to match a ceiling paint. I tried the big box store - NO SUCCESS. I should have used my experience and gone right to the Sherwin-Williams location. They were extremely helpful, friendly and solved the problem on my 1st visit. Don't waste time with big box stores, go the Sherwin-Williams.
