Love love love my SMEG appliances. But my 2 y/o coffeemaker for some reason died recently. SMEG sent out a replacement coffeemaker within just a few days. Excellent customer service
SMEG replaced my SMEG toaster quickly and without even requiring I send in the broken one (stuck on bagel setting). Could not be happier with customer service and my beautiful replacement which works perfectly. I also have a SMEG mixer and SMEG Espresso machine both of which are powerful, outstanding appliances and so beautiful. Love SMEG!
My kettle broke 20 months after purchasing it and it was no longer covered under warranty. I wrote to Smeg customer service and they sent me a brand new kettle even though it was out of warranty. I would definitely buy their products again. Happy customer.
The SMEG stove/oven is aesthetically beautiful. It looks stunning in our kitchen. Functionality is a different story. It is not well made and is VERY noisy. After 2 service calls to fix the noise, SMEG sent a replacement and paid to have the original oven disconnected and the replacement installed. The replacement is better but is still noisy so we are kind of stuck with it. Service department was great and did their best to try to rectify the situation however there are very few SMEG appliance repair stores in our area.
Unfortunate that my SMEG kettle had a manufacturing defect. After a few months of normal use, the paint bubbled-up around the top-rim. But after contacting SMEG by email, I was sent a replacement kettle. Nice!
