As a retired RN and Nuclear Cardiology Technologist I can definitely say that the 2 Technologists are True Professionals and Exceptional. They were pleasant, patient, empathetic and explained the procedure (mammogram and CT) as to what to expect with ease. I have come to the Medford location (previously Larchmont) for decades and was so pleasantly surprised by the care that I received yesterday. SJRA has done a phenomenal job in recruiting SUPERB Professionals. I will tell all of my family and friends to go to SJRA in Medford. Thank You for your services. (And Thank You to the Technologists: Diane and Debbie….I hope I remembered their names correctly LOL)
I respect a place that cares how they are rated. After giving this place a low review they took the time to call me (after they asked if they could) and they apologized and promised to do better next time. Which they did. Been going there for years. Always nice and fast. Never had to wait beyond my appt time.
My appointment was made in a timely manner and they made both of my scans to be done back to back so I only had to make 1 trip. Everyone was so cordial from the beginning to the end of my visit. I was made aware of my care and what to expect the entire time. Very comfortable and clean is the atmosphere.I'm a happy patient. 😀😀♥️💜🌹
