What a wonderful doctor! He is so very caring and interested in his patients.
Dr Bantz is a caring man who at my request came with his wife to see me at the hospital. I was pretty drugged up and on a trach but was convinced he could help me with my breathing. My pulmonary doctor was in charge but Dr Bantz came anyway to see me. Just knowing he was there did wonders for me. He's an amazing doctor and human being.
We started seeing Dr Bantz a couple of years ago. Hes very smart, and was able to diagnose my son for asthma. He returns calls, takes time with patients, and has a compassion for what he does. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is for the wait times. Whenever I have an appt, I do tent to sit in the waiting room for long periods of time, and there seems to be little communication for that. Last appt, we waited over an hour between the waiting room and then sitting alone in one of the offices before the doctor saw us. I guess when you are good, people will wait, but this is the only doctors office that I have this is experience with.
