Dr. Speich was very kind, thorough and empathetic to my hearing and tinnitus issues. I just didn't expect to spend $240 for minor in-office repairs and cleaning my hearing aids. I thought that was excessive. I needed it so I didn't have a choice.The staff was very nice and professional especially the woman, Hero that performed my hearing test.
The staff were very courteous. Dr. Kelly Speich was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. His expertise was greatly appreciated.
