They took the time to understand not just my injury, but also my lifestyle and goals for recovery. Every session felt personalized -they closely monitored my progress, adjusted exercises when needed, and made sure I was always comfortable and motivated.

What really stands out is how invested they were in my re-injury and my success going forward. They check in regularly, explain everything clearly, and celebrate even the small milestones along the way. You can truly feel that they want you to heal and come back stronger.

Im a 32yr old male and I did my physical therapy here after a muay thai injury (complete acl tear and minor meniscus) Greg and Thomas worked with me attentively to get me back to where I was physically. I am a returning patient Spectrum physical therapy clinic and of course the reason I return is I am very satisfied with the professionalism, and breadth of knowledge on both physical and functional aspect of treatments needed for my recovery from my lower back pain. The exercises may look simple but they are very effective. Dr. Gary Ziccone, Cathy and Alexis treat me very well and very respectful not only of me but the other patients as well. It is a time well spent.

I have been beyond impressed and pleased wirh my results from Spectrum. I was seeking a PT thay would get me back to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after 2 years of dealing with back issues and multiple surgeries. I was not looking for someone to help me put my socks back on...I needed to get back to optimum physical health and Spectrum has me well on my way. I have seen many PTs over the years and have recovered from numerous surgeries. My only regret was noy finding Spectrum sooner!!
