I’m giving a five star rating and a HUGE shoutout to Hubert and Patty Thompson of Thompson Automotive! I can’t begin to say how thankful and grateful I am for this couple! My van sat in shambles since May 2022; 1 year and 11 months. No one wanted to touch it because a mechanic had previously worked on it but never completed the job. I recalled a message from Patty in a local Facebook group stating that someone could take a look at the vehicle at my house. Fast forward to April 8, 2024 Mr. Hubert Thompson arrived at my home, assessed my 2012 Honda Odyssey and confidently reassured me, that he was able to fix my van. While the phenomenal eclipse of 2024 was taking place a miracle was happening in my driveway. Hubert put my van back together and it came back to life! We were able to drive it to his shop where he continued his exceptional TLC; It rides like it never broke down. I shed tears of joy because for almost two years, no one was willing to assist in getting my car back into commission. I more than highly recommend Thompson Auto Services as a trustworthy company to take of your vehicle, they were an absolute God send!

****NOVEMBER UPDATE 2025*****
I am pleased to report that my van is still running since being saved by Hubert, April 2024. This past November Hubert did a complete tune up and my van is even better! I am still in amazement of the quality of work that Thompson Automotive Services provides. I’ve recommended many of my family members to take their vehicles there and they are equally as happy with their service. Once again HUGE shoutout to this business of integrity! Thank you!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the work done on my car. Thompson auto repair took the time out to address any issues that I was unaware of including some work that I previously had done at another shop in which they didn’t properly fix my vehicle correctly. Supposedly the shop replaced my spark plugs but never did. The owner/workers were very honest and helpful with me and showed me that my spark plugs was actually never changed. My car is running way better than before, thanks again. I recommend if you have any questions or concerns about your vehicle be sure to bring it to Thompson auto repair, they will take good care of your vehicle.

The owners/staff, Hubert and Patty, were VERY helpful and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that they texted me updates and even sent photos of the damage that needed repair. I had a blown engine on my 2004 BMW 330xi, Thompson Auto Services pulled the old blown aftermarket M54B30 engine, and installed the new engine in a matter of only ONE WEEK, start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results, my problems were diagnosed, addressed, and handled accordingly, and properly. Thank you again Thompson and your team for your excellent work and dedication towards my car. I appreciate everything greatly.

After hunting for a mechanic for months, awaiting call backs for service and never hearing back, a no longer have to look anymore. From my initial phone call to the hand off of my car at the completion of service I could not be more pleased with the service, personable interaction, honesty, professionalism and reasonable timing and cost by Thompson Auto Services. Finding a mechanic who is honest and not looking to upcharge has been difficult. Thompson mechanic not only repaired the noise and issue presented, but saved the old parts and provided a video of what was replaced. I must also add the communication that was provided with updates on cost and projected work needed prior to the start of the job, invoice and completion was awesome. This reassurance speaks volumes for having a mechanic that I will continue to bring my car(s) for service to again and again.
