I had an issue booking online as a college coach and not part of a team. The assistance I got in the phone made it simple and I was placed in the best hotel location for scouting. Much appreciated!
THS was fairly easy to use, and it was easy to create a block of rooms and send the link to the team. I liked that THS created an email with the link and instructions and all I had to do was send it to my parents. It would have been nice if there were more hotels with rooms with 2 beds available. We are required to book these hotels through the website, and most of our players are traveling with their families that require 2 beds, but there were no hotel options through the site with that type of room to accommodate our entire team.
THS has excellent customer service. I can always get somebody on the phone that is able to help me. I also had an agent that I was working directly with by the name of Rob and he was super helpful in helping me with all my questions. The process to book is easy and making changes easy as well. Great experience!
The system is user friendly. I book all coaches rooms so having the ability to book those rooms first would be greatly helpful. Too stressful otherwise. Big south System was better if you get selected.
This was the first time we had to use THS for a tournament and they were by far the best I've had experience with. We had some unique situations arise and they were always quick to respond and super helpful! Looking forward to a fun tournament thanks to the ease of getting our rooms booked!
