We have had a few appointments at this WIC office, and they are great! Service is generally fast and very friendly. There is plenty of parking, and the building is handicap accessible.

The only thing that keeps me from giving this office a 5 star review is that on this past visit, the breastfeeding coach had a really bad cough, and while that could have been allergies or something, it could also have been something serious like cold, flu, or Covid. She was doing nothing to mitigate the potential spread like covering her mouth or wearing a mask, which I thought was unacceptable for someone who works with pregnant mothers and mothers of small children. There are signs at every turn that suggest if someone is sick to reschedule their appointment and others that request you wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease, especially to newborns whom have not developed a strong immune system yet. One lady confronted her about her coughing and she acted as though she didn’t know what the lady was talking about. Though we didn’t end up getting sick, this was a potentially life-threatening situation, and could have been avoided by calling out sick or at the very minimum, masking up.

Great experience. All of the employees were pleasant, kind and efficient. The lactation consultant was especially wonderful. She provided me with great information and helpful tips to make BF easier

Very nice staff. I was treated like a human being unlike some other programs the state offers for assistance. They answer any of my question and seem genuinely interested in helping me and my family.
