I had never tried acupuncture before because, frankly, I was afraid of needles. However, after meeting Jack at an event, his soft-spoken, kind demeanor and thorough explanation made me feel comfortable enough to visit his practice—and I'm so glad I did. The session exceeded my expectations. Jack was incredibly gentle and patient, focusing on my neck and shoulder area to release a lot of accumulated tension. The combination of the treatment and the soothing steam left me so relaxed that I even dozed off. When I left, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend Jack and am grateful to have found this new modality to add to my healing journey.

This review is long overdue. I started going to Jack with the hopes of some pain relief for my arthritis in my shoulder. From the moment I got off of the table I had noticeable relief, more mobility and have been able to sleep better. Thank you Jack for your expertise and your patience when working with me each week.
