Review a long time coming. We worked with John in May to get our daughter her first full sized violin. The whole experience was outstanding. Before you purchase an instrument----it needs to be played---John understands this and makes it happen. He is an absolute professional ---and quite a player himself. He is part of the process without taking over the experience. I cannot recommend him and the expertise he and his staff provides enough.

John and his staff were so friendly and was able to provide me with essentials for my violin. He let me try his violin that had strings I was looking to purchase. They have a great range of products and accessories! They truly care about their customers and John was incredibly kind enough to gift me a shoulder rest to further my collegiate music education career. Will be coming back!

John and his staff had her try multiple violins and have her play it multiple times until she found the one she wanted. With every violin, my daughter was getting more excited about it. I can't recommend John and his staff enough. My daughter has been renting her Viola from them since 5th grade & is now going on to college this August. We had to purchase her a viola for college and John as well as his staff made the process extremely easy and stress-free. My daughter is absolutely in love with her new Scott Cao viola. If you want really great customer service and friendly people that are also local then this is the spot to go. Wide selection of instruments and accessories. But the best part is their customer service/ knowledge and the fact that they are a local family-owned business. You can't go wrong.
