Staff in Blue Point are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love shopping here, and I buy all my paint here. Rebecca was especially patient and helpful when I had trouble finding just the right color for a recent bathroom renovation. The service and quality of products at Brinkmans can't be beat!
Amazing store, customer oriented, highly recommend if you’re sick of those big box stores and just looking for the right bolt, screw or anything that you need around the house. This is the place to go.
Kris at Blue Point absolutely came through for me out in California. I was looking for a particular dog dish that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I found that this location had one, but they don't normally ship. Kris worked with me to mail her a postage paid label and Brinkman's stuck it in a box and sent it off to me! Everybody that I spoke to was friendly and super to work with! I have absolute confidence that they give all their customers the same good service.
I come here often so I obviously love the place. My last visit, I needed help with finding a very specific screw. The woman behind the counter spent a lot of time helping me find the exact one. She really took the extra effort I needed to finish a small assembly/project I was working on. I appreciated it a lot!
